Selina Gerner

Selina has more than 16 years’ experience providing advice on financial performance and organisational improvement to not-for-profits, corporates, and all levels of Government. She specialises in strategy implementation, business transformation and financial modelling.

Selina provides expert advice to health care, aged care and disability services sector clients including providers and Government departments providing current state maturity assessments of finance and ICT, recommendations about the future state requirements of these functions for organisational sustainability and success, and helping clients to implement the future state vision.  This includes acquisitions and divestment advice as well as project management of performance improvement and ICT projects e.g. ERP implementation.  Selina leads McGrathNicol’s Health & Aged Care Industry Focus Group.
