Sean Wiles

Sean is a Partner in McGrathNicol’s Advisory practice and has more than 20 years’ experience working with organisations to manage risks, change, and growth.  Sean specialises in the areas of performance improvement, cash and working capital management, finance process and systems implementation, and project management.

Sean has recently assisted clients in the health care, aged care and disability services sector with strategic reviews, development of tailored cash flow and trading forecast frameworks, and implementing collections and other cash flow improvement initiatives.  He has also worked closely with the Private Equity owners of sector participants (both in Australia and NZ), and assisted with various acquisitions.  Sean leads the McGrathNicol Advisory Cash & Working Capital Centre of Excellence, and has also been a Board member for a Not for Profit organisation.
