Milka is a seasoned finance professional experienced in both multi-national and Australian operational environments with emphasis on digital transformation & customer centricity. Milka has led cross-functional teams supporting the delivery of Australia-wide essential services in both physical and digital channels, with particular focus on sustaining regional & rural communities. Following personal family experience Milka pursued a new path in health/aged care with subsequent appointment as Non-Executive Director with the Board of Finncare Limited, is currently CFO of Vasey RSL Care and most recently was appointed as a Board Director for the Yea & District Community Hospital. Milka is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, achieved a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration through Helsinki School of Economics and is a current member of CA ANZ and CPA Australia.
